IEA provides services in two broad areas; research and education. The research effort is directed at documenting the link between unethical behavior and physical and emotional well-being. IEA's education endeavors include an outreach component comprising a variety of written material and a speaker's bureau that offers a wide range of ethics related talks. A second component includes public seminars and private presentations as well as various coaching services.
